Val Jones
VPJ was founded by Val in 2008. Val has worked to support international schools for over 10 years. Her work in the sector commenced with a well established consolidator of educational resources where she led a team as general manager of the company. During this tenure, Val has attended various school conferences and consulted with both new and established schools, on the procurement of school and classroom resources.
Val also offers information to schools on imports / exports and has worked with shipping agents in many locations around the world to offer advice to help overcome the obstacles that schools often face when importing resources.
Phil Jones
Operations Director
Phil has had a wide and varied career, travelling the world including the latter 14 years of Management in the Humanitarian Sector. Managing and successfully delivering Duty of Care, Logistic Support and Project Management in some of the most challenging environments and to some of the world’s largest organizations.
Phil brings a wealth of experience and is expert at identifying potential problems before they arise. Being a detailed and thorough planner helps VPJ get things right first time.
Phil also co-founded an Educationally based INGO that twinned outreach schools in underdeveloped locations in Ghana Africa, with UK and International British Schools.
Vikki Coupland
Senior Account Manager
Vikki comes from a sales background with an international company with UK and Global clientele.
Vikki is leading with the VPJ Solutions research into our increasing number of suppliers and client locations to always enable us to have the most effective and up to date knowledge available to ensure our service runs smoothly and effectively.
Vikki is also an experienced Senior Account Manager who takes pride in going the extra mile for all VPJ clients
Vikki graduated from University in 2016
Ryan Jones
International Business Development Officer
Currently at Loughborogh University studying International Business.
Ryan has sampled many facets of working within VPJ as an international business; he has gained experience dealing with suppliers and order placements, accounting and payment control and logistics and warehouse management all of which will add to his university learning experience
Sophie Morton
Apprentice Finance Assistant
After successfully completing A Levels, Sophie went on to study the Association of Accounting Technicians, (AAT). and has recently completed Level 2 and 3 accounting.
Sophie is continuing to study Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician via the Apprentice Scheme with VPJ
